Needed a new wiper blade for my Enterprise Rental, as it was raining in Fort Collins! Travis and Irvin were super helpful in fixing the issue so I was in and out quickly. Would recommend.

I was an out-of-town who needed to get a low tire changed on a rental car… Irvin did all that he could to get this done as fast as possible and absolutely did. They had to go all the way to Loveland from Fort Collins to get my tire and they did all that and put it on within an hour and a half. Above and beyond! If you’re in Fort Collins you definitely oughta use this Midas and work with Irvin!

Oh my goodness I can't sing enough glories about how awesome the staff at this Midas shop are!!! For Real!!! First, Travis is Amazing!!! A literal earthly Angel! I must've had to re-schedule my appointment I don't even know how many times with my patients' schedules changing and he was so patient re-scheduling for me. Then when I got there Irvin was SO friendly and taught me so much about my tires, brakes, and things to know for the future about my car or to look out for if I buy a car used from a big dealer lot. Just amazing crew! So helpful, educational, and help you be safer on the road. Looking out for my son as a future driver. Thank you Midas team!! You guys are Phenomenal!!🙌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Went in for an oil change and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was amazing. They were very polite and professional, and did not push any unnecessary maintenance. They explained everything well. They also offer a lot of complimentary services which was very nice to know. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with the guys at Midas and can’t recommend them enough. I brought in my Land Rover LR4 for a brake check and while I was there I complained of a strange noise (which they also heard) I couldn’t track down, and their team went above and beyond from start to finish to help me locate it. Not only were they incredibly professional and friendly, but they also took the time to really listen to my concerns and thoroughly investigate the issue. Instead of rushing through a quick diagnosis, they were patient, methodical, and kept me informed every step of the way. They made sure to pinpoint the exact cause of the noise and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in the repair. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service, they genuinely cared about getting it right and making sure I left satisfied. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, but these guys exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service, Fort Collins Midas is a great choice.
